How To Prepare For Your Shoot
Look For Your Confirmation Email
We will send you a SEPARATE email with a link to your itemized invoice and contact information for your photographer/videographer. If you don't receive one within 24 hours of booking, check your spam folder. Please make sure you whitelist the email address firstname.lastname@example.org so you will receive any updates from us.
Rescheduling or Cancellation
We understand that reschedules and cancellations will happen. We ask for 48 hours notice in these situations and we are happy to refund your booking fee when applicable. If a reschedule or cancellation happens with less than 48 hours notice, the booking fee will serve as your reschedule/cancellation fee.
You can reschedule or cancel a shoot at any time through the email you received from Calendly or by emailing us at email@example.com
Bad Weather Policy
We are able to shoot in MOST weather conditions. We provide blue sky replacements for every shoot, regardless of the weather outside. In the event of severe rain, thunderstorms, excessive wind past 15 mph (for drone requests), snow, or hail, we will contact you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
HOW TO PREPARE
Below are some tips to get the best possible quality media out of your shoot.
We recommend all properties be professionally cleaned and staged BEFORE the shoot. Our photographers and videographers are unable to touch or move furniture or other personal items in the properties and all listings will be shot as-is upon arrival. Please plan on being present at the shoot to ensure that everything is captured to your liking.
We kindly request that media shoots are not scheduled at the same as construction or cleaning crews, broker or buyer tours, or that there are additional family or friends of the homeowners on site. While we love pets, we recommend that they are contained to one room or taken for a walk during the shoot. Additional people WILL impact the final products and we reserve the right to reschedule any shoot that is being negatively affected. Reschedules of this nature are subject to a fee up to 50% of the original invoice.

AFTER YOUR SHOOT
• WHEN DO I GET THE MEDIA?
Photos are typically delivered by 5pm the next business day. This timing may be affected by things such as virtual staging or advanced editing requests.
Floor plans and Matterport tours are typically delivered within 2 business days.
Video projects are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
If at any point we anticipate a delay, we will alert you right away!
• HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY MEDIA?
Each booking includes a custom property website where you can view and download your photos, view and download additional media (floor plans, 3D tours, video, etc), share a branded website with clients, and even design your own printed media.
• HOW DO I REQUEST VIRTUAL STAGING/SPECIAL EDITS?
